With nearly three decades of global finance leadership, Sridhar is a seasoned executive specializing in finance transformation, global capability centers & digital enablement.
He has delivered impactful outcomes across Banking & Financial Services, Manufacturing, Healthcare, Retail, CPG, and Travel across companies like Wells Fargo, Infosys BPM, Invient, Arvind & RPG Enterprises.
He has successfully built & scaled Finance, Controllers & Treasury functions from inception, including establishing the Wells Fargo Global Capability Centre, and has led large, multi-location finance organizations across India and the Philippines. His expertise spans outsourcing, automation, and solution design across P2P, O2C, R2R, and FP&A.

Ramachandran Guruswamy

With nearly 25+ years of experience with some of the world's leading names including GE, IBM, Infosys, HSBC & Wells Fargo, Ram, brings in an extensive experience in driving Transformation in Banking GCCs likes JPMC, HSBC & Wells and heading Change Management Practice at Infosys & GE.

He has a ring side view of CFO and CIO's business challenges, priorities and market expectations. Experienced in setting up high performing Change Management teams (Analytics, Tech Solutions, Reporting Factories & Tools Deployment / adoption Centers of Excellences).
